The Messages of The
Lady of All Nations
On March 25, 1945, on the Feast of the Annunciation, Our Lady appeared to a
simple woman, Ida Peerdeman (†1996), who lived with her sisters in Amsterdam.
This was the first of 56 apparitions, which took place between 1945 and 1959.
On May 31, 2002, the local bishop came to the conclusion that the messages of
Amsterdam are of supernatural origin.
Our Lady appears under the new title, “The Lady of All Nations”
or “The Mother of All Nations”. In this time she wants to be made
known and loved by everyone under this title. In a prophetic way, she gives,
above all, an impressive insight about the situation in the Church and in the
world during the second half of the 20th century. In the messages, Mary then
gradually reveals the plan with which God wants to save the world through the
Mother. Thus, she gives the peoples and the nations an image and a prayer.
The Image
The image shows the Lady of All Nations standing on the globe, permeated by
God’s light before the Cross of her Son with whom she is inseparably united.
From Mary’s hands stream forth three rays of grace, redemption and peace,
which she may grant to everyone who invokes her as Advocate. The flock of sheep
represents the nations of the whole world, who will not be at rest until they
look up at the Cross, the center of the world.
A Prayer for Peace

The Lady of All Nations dictated a short, powerful prayer to protect us
from degeneration, impending disaster and war, “You,
nations of this time, know that you are under the protection of the Lady
of All Nations. Invoke her as Advocate; ask her to stave off all disasters.
Ask her to banish degeneration from this world. From degeneration comes
disaster. From degeneration comes war. Through my prayer you shall ask that
this be staved off from the world. You do not know how great and how important
this prayer is before God” (May 31, 1955). Above all, we pray
for a new outpouring of the Holy Spirit who alone can give true peace to
the world. “This prayer has been
given for the conversion of the world” (Dec. 31,1951). “Through
this prayer the Lady will save the world” (May 10, 1953). She
asks everyone who receives the prayer to pray it at least once a day. Then,
Our Lady promises, “I assure you
that the world will change” (April 29, 1951). |
The Worldwide Action
The Father and the Son sent the Lady of All Nations to bring unity and peace
to the world and “to deliver the world
from a great world catastrophe” (May 10, 1953). Therefore, the
Lady of All Nations insistently asks for a great worldwide action for the spreading
of her prayer and image. “Help with
all your means and see to the outspreading, everyone in one’s own way”
(June 15, 1952). “This action
is not destined for one country, but is destined for all nations”
(Oct. 11, 1953).
“This prayer shall be spread in churches
and by modern means” (Dec. 31, 1951). “And
I want the outspreading to be done in many languages” (March 4,
1951). “Go with great ardor and zeal
about this work of redemption and peace, and you will behold the miracle”
(April 1, 1951). “You will find that
the spreading will happen as if by itself” (April 15, 1951).
Millions of prayer cards, translated into more than 80 languages, have already
been spread throughout the whole world and images of the Lady of All Nations
have been placed in many churches and chapels for veneration. In addition,
the faithful in many countries have assumed the responsibility to become
guardians of pilgrim images of the Lady of All Nations. They bring the image
for a period of time to families and friends, prayer groups, parishes and
convents, to prisons, schools or nursing homes. The host welcomes any who
want to come and pray before the pilgrim image. They pray, for example,
the novena of the Lady of All Nations or the Rosary along with the prayer
from Amsterdam. Innumerable people from all continents pray the prayer of
the Lady of All Nations daily and are able to experience the power of her
intercession.
Everyone can participate in this worldwide action of peace by passing on
the prayer card in a kind way to those they know and even to those they
do not know. |

In the messages of Amsterdam, Mary speaks to
many different nations so that her children, whether religious or not,
educated or not, will finally come to know and love her as their personal
mother: “No matter who or what
you are, I may be for you: the Mother, the Lady of All Nations”
(May 31, 1954).
The Lady of All Nations leads us ever more to the Holy Eucharist, to the
daily miracle. The string of messages finally ends with a great farewell
vision where the Lord steps forth from a host of white fire.
The prayer and the picture of the Lady and Mother of All Nations are a
totally peaceful preparation for the threefold, last Marian dogma which
Our Lady asks for in Amsterdam: Mary Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, and Advocate.
The Mother of All Nations promises that this dogma will bring the world
true peace.

Ecclesiastical Approval
|
On May 31, 2002,
the Bishop of Haarlem-Amsterdam, His Excellency, Jozef Marianus Punt,
confirmed the authenticity of the apparitions of the Lady of All Nations:
“In light and virtue of all these recommendations, testimonies,
and developments, and in pondering all this in prayer and theological
reflection, I have come to the conclusion that the apparitions of the
Lady of All Nations in Amsterdam consist of a supernatural origin. …The
devotion to the Lady of All Nations can help us, in my sincere conviction,
in guiding us on the right path during the present serious drama of our
times, the path to a new and special outpouring of the Holy Spirit, Who
alone can heal the great wounds of our times. ”
The original image of the Lady of All Nations
is in the Chapel of the Lady of All Nations, Diepenbrockstraat 3, south
Amsterdam, not far from the RAI Convention Center. Daily pilgrims from
many nations come to pray in front of the image and to attend Holy Mass. |
